This Privacy Policy describes how Softnet iTech / mzeesha ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects personal information when you use the CoachERP mobile application (the "App", Application ID: com.mzmdb.coacherp). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled responsibly and in compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your usage of CoachERP, we collect the following types of information:

1.1 User & Account Information

• Personal Details: Full name, email address, phone number, role (student, instructor, administrator), and profile photo.
• Authentication Data: User credentials, hashed passwords, and session identifiers.
• Institutional Data: Coaching institute name, address, courses, batches, and academic progress records.

1.2 Device & Sensitive Permissions

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Used only when you choose to capture profile pictures, upload documents/receipts, or scan QR codes. Camera access is requested at runtime and is never activated in the background.
• Microphone / Audio (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO): Used exclusively for interactive audio/video learning sessions or live classroom integration if initiated by the user.
• Storage / Media Files: Used to attach and download study materials, assignment files, receipts, and invoices. On Android 13+, the app uses scoped storage and standard photo pickers.
• Biometric Authentication: Used locally on your device to enable quick and secure biometric login. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never stored on our servers.

1.3 Payment & Billing Information

When fee payments are made within the app, transaction details (such as payment reference IDs, amounts, dates, and status) are processed securely through certified payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the features and functionality of CoachERP.
• To manage student registrations, course batches, attendance, fee collection, and exam results.
• To facilitate communications between coaching institutes, students, and parents.
• To authenticate users and prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
• To provide timely customer support and technical assistance.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers under strict data protection terms:

• Payment Processors: Payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process fee transactions securely.
• Cloud & Hosting Infrastructure: Cloud hosting providers used to store application databases securely.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Only when required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulation.

4. Data Security and Protection

All communications between the App and our backend servers are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords and sensitive tokens are securely hashed and encrypted.

6. Children's Privacy

CoachERP is designed for educational coaching institutions and learners. If an account is created for a minor (under 13 or applicable local legal age), it must be done with parental/guardian or institutional consent.
